<p>Are you an educator who wants to make a genuine difference during the formative years of a child’s learning journey? Trinity Lutheran College is a Prep to Year 12 Christian co-educational College on the Gold Coast, where exceptional teaching, authentic relationships and a commitment to helping every child flourish are at the heart of everything we do.</p>
<p>We are looking for educators who approach their work with curiosity and creativity, demonstrate compassion and care for others, bring purpose and initiative to their role, and build authentic relationships where every member of our community feels known and valued.</p>
<p>As our College continues to grow, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate Junior Years educators for the 2027 academic year. We welcome educators who are inspired by the opportunity to nurture young learners, build strong foundations for future learning and contribute to a collaborative professional community at Trinity.</p>

<p>You are an educator who believes that great learning begins with great relationships, you are passionate about helping young learners grow in confidence, character and capability, while nurturing their curiosity, independence and genuine love of learning.</p>
<p>You understand the importance of the early and junior years in shaping each child’s academic, social and emotional development. You thrive in collaborative environments, embrace continuous professional learning and are committed to creating classrooms where every student feels safe, known, challenged and supported to flourish.</p>
<p>You will demonstrate the ability to:</p>

<li>Build authentic, respectful relationships that foster belonging, wellbeing and academic growth. </li>
<li>Design engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that ignite curiosity, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.</li>
<li>Create nurturing, inclusive and purposeful classroom environments where students feel safe, supported and encouraged to achieve their potential.</li>
<li>Respond to the diverse academic, social, emotional and developmental needs of young learners through differentiated and evidence-informed teaching.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and the wider College community to continually strengthen student outcomes. </li>
<li>Use assessment and student achievement data to inform planning, monitor progress and support individual and cohort growth</li>
<li>Demonstrate a commitment to innovation, reflective practice and continuous professional learning. </li>
<li>Contribute enthusiastically to the pastoral, co-curricular and broader life of the College. </li>
<li>Actively support the Christian ethos and values of Trinity Lutheran College through your everyday interactions and professional practice.</li>
