The role leads the Facilities team while managing contractors, consultants and specialist service providers to ensure the campus remains safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for purpose.</p> <p>A significant focus of this position is the leadership and delivery of capital works and facilities projects, including major refurbishments, planned maintenance programs and the College's Stage 3 Development Project scheduled for 2027. Working closely with College leadership, external consultants and governing bodies, the Facilities Manager will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest professional standards.</p> <p>This is a 48-week-per-year position.
