The successful applicant will be required to work flexibly across Years 5–12, supporting students and teachers wherever required, with day-to-day priorities and deployment determined by the Diverse Learning Coordinator in response to student needs and operational requirements.</p> <p>The successful applicant will assist teachers in implementing learning adjustments, supporting students within classrooms and small group settings, preparing learning resources, promoting student engagement, independence and wellbeing, and contributing to an inclusive learning environment where every student is supported to achieve their personal best. in an educational, disability, youth or community services setting, preferably within a school environment.</li> <li>Relevant qualifications in Education Support, School-Based Education Support, Disability, Community Services or a related field (Certificate III or IV desirable).</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of inclusive education and differentiated learning practices.</li> <li>Ability
