<p><strong>An&nbsp;Opportunity&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Luther College&nbsp;seeks&nbsp;to appoint&nbsp;a&nbsp;talented&nbsp;Enhanced Learning Support Officer&nbsp;to&nbsp;provide support to the Enhanced Learning Centre staff to maximise learning outcomes for students who need&nbsp;adjustments to support learning difficulties. The Centre also works to support academically gifted children to extend and broaden the learning of those who can benefit from additional challenge.&nbsp;</p> <p>In addition, the Enhanced Learning Support Officer will&nbsp;assist&nbsp;in the coordination of student assessment and screening processes, the management of student data and records, and the administration of funding and compliance requirements associated with learning support programs.&nbsp;</p> <p>This&nbsp;is&nbsp;an ongoing, term-time role. &nbsp;</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and environment in a role that provides scope for growth and professional development. &nbsp;</p> <p>Hours of work&nbsp;are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm.</p> <p><strong>About You&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>You are&nbsp;an aspiring Enhanced Learning Support Officer&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;the next step in your&nbsp;developing&nbsp;career.&nbsp;A strong communicator with great&nbsp;interpersonal skills,&nbsp;you are aware of your impact&nbsp;on&nbsp;all community members and&nbsp;intuitively&nbsp;adjust your style&nbsp;to meet cultural and stakeholder needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>You will have a keen eye for the finer details, and a desire to learn through hands on experience in the role.
