Crossways Lutheran College is a flourishing regional Christian college on South Australia's Far West Coast. With an exciting future ahead, and continued expansion of our secondary years, we are seeking an outstanding leader to partner with our community and shape the next chapter of the College's story. The new Principal will lead the implementation of the new 2026-2030 Strategic Plan and play a key role in shaping the Colleges new Masterplan.

A welcoming and diverse town, Ceduna offers the best of coastal and outback living with an abundance of prominent attractions nearby, including Cactus Beach, Head of the Bight Whale Watching and Googs Track. There are countless opportunities to become immersed in the community through various social groups and sporting clubs, which are renowned in rural communities as important hubs of social life. This is a particularly exciting time in the life of Crossways Lutheran College as we continue our transition to a full secondary offering with the introduction of Year 11 in 2026 and Year 12 in 2027. In addition, both our Strategic Plan and Master Plan are currently under review, creating significant opportunities for innovation, growth and the future development of our facilities, programs and educational vision.</p> <p>The successful applicant will be inspired by the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of Crossways Lutheran College, leading a vibrant and Christ-centred learning community through a period of exciting transformation.
