<ul> <li>Term time contract administrative opportunity</li> <li>Support the smooth operations of the Academic Hub</li> <li>Indooroopilly location with great transport links</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and organised <strong>Administration Assistant</strong> to join our Academic Hub on a <strong>1 year contract.</strong> Supporting the Academic Hub, this role provides high-quality administrative assistance across professional learning, meetings, records management, finance processes and general operations. Working closely with a range of staff, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of key academic and organisational activities while ensuring accuracy, discretion and exceptional customer service.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas, documentation and meeting minutes.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records, databases and confidential staff information across College systems.</li> <li>Coordinate professional learning administration, including registrations, bookings and record keeping.</li> <li>Process purchase orders, payments and financial documentation in accordance with College procedures.</li> <li>Support room bookings, resource management and examination logistics.</li> <li>Respond to enquiries and provide professional customer service to staff, students and visitors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in an administrative, clerical or office support role; a Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification is desirable.</li> <li>High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Experience maintaining records, coordinating administrative processes and managing competing priorities.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Highly developed organisational and time management skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.</li> <li>Commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>St Peters Lutheran College is a Co-Educational Day and Boarding School of the Lutheran Church located on 52 acres just 7 kilometres from Brisbane CBD.
