<p>Living Faith Lutheran Primary School is seeking to employ a Grounds and Maintenance Assistant in a maximum-term, full-time capacity with employment continuing until April 2027.</p> <p>The Grounds and Maintenance Assistant is a key member of the Maintenance and Grounds Team, responsible for ensuring that the School, Kindergarten and OSHC buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, well-maintained, functional and presented to a high standard. Through proactive maintenance and attention to detail, the role contributes to creating an environment that supports student learning, wellbeing and the daily operations of the school.</p> <p>The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented workplace where service, professionalism and excellence are highly valued. They will demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and pride in maintaining the school environment. They will be committed to working safely, responding flexibly to the changing needs of the school, and building positive relationships with staff, students, contractors and visitors.</p> <p>As a valued member of the Living Faith Lutheran Primary School community, the successful candidate will actively support the Christian ethos and spiritual life of the school through their conduct, service and interactions with others. They will hold a current Blue Card or Exemption Card.
