<p>Living Faith Lutheran College is seeking to employ a Head of Secondary in a permanent, full-time capacity, commencing January 2027.</p> <p>The Head of Secondary at Living Faith Lutheran College is a passionate, driven, organised and adaptable person with a heart for mission and service.</p> <p>As we expand into secondary education from 2027 and purposefully pursue our strategic directions, this strategic leadership role requires creative thinking, empowered through a contemporary lens for education , qualities that will be crucial to achieving our school’s bold and exciting vision for the future.</p> <p>The Head of Secondary will demonstrate strong pastoral care, service learning, strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. You will be self-driven, able to work independently with initiative, and able to take direction.</p> <p>The Head of Secondary requires a high level of competence in a wide range of areas, including pastoral care, daily organisation and operational management, people and culture management, communications, project planning, and change management skills. Experience in the operations and culture of a school environment are essential. An active involvement in the life of the school is required. Your ability to uphold the ethos of the school and support the teaching of the Lutheran Church of Australia must be demonstrated.</p> <p>At Living Faith Lutheran College, we believe every child should be known and loved.
