Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking a faith-filled and innovative Catholic leader for the role of Religious Education Coordinator (REC) at Marian Catholic College, Griffith.

<p>Commencing for a January 2027 start, the successful applicant will demonstrate a deep commitment to the Catholic faith and play a central role in leading the Religious Education curriculum and fostering the faith formation of students within the school community.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator and leader to contribute to a dynamic Catholic secondary school while supporting both student learning and spiritual growth.<br><br><strong>About the College</strong><br> At Marian Catholic College, Griffith, we are committed to providing a high-quality Catholic education that nurtures both academic achievement and faith development. The College promotes a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong community engagement.</p> <p>As Religious Education Coordinator (REC), you will lead the Religious Education faculty in implementing the diocesan curriculum and ensuring it remains central to the mission and vision of the school. You will play a key role in guiding teaching and learning, supporting staff development, and strengthening the Catholic identity and mission of the College.</p> <p>You will work closely with the leadership team, staff, parish and wider community to foster authentic partnerships and support the faith formation of students.
