We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team on a full-time basis. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and produce a wide range of materials, including prospectuses, newsletters, event collateral, signage, and advertising</li>
<li>Create and manage digital content for the school's website, social media channels, and email communications</li>
<li>Maintain and apply the school's brand guidelines consistently across all outputs</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality</li>
<li>Liaise with staff across the school to understand briefs and deliver effective design solutions</li>
<li>Manage relationships with external print and production suppliers<br>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related discipline</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years' professional design experience, ideally in an in-house or agency setting</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of digital design, including web and social media formats</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional work</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities</li>
<li>Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential</li>
