<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this in-house role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver the school's visual identity across a broad range of print and digital platforms.</p> <p>This is an ideal position for a design professional who appreciates a collaborative, purpose-driven environment and takes satisfaction in producing work of the highest standard.</p> <p>Cranbrook School staff enjoy a stimulating work environment as part of a team of talented professionals, excellent opportunities for professional development, and attractive remuneration and benefits.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and produce a wide range of materials, including prospectuses, newsletters, event collateral, signage, and advertising</li> <li>Create and manage digital content for the school's website, social media channels, and email communications</li> <li>Maintain and apply the school's brand guidelines consistently across all outputs</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality</li> <li>Liaise with staff across the school to understand briefs and deliver effective design solutions</li> <li>Manage relationships with external print and production suppliers<br> &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related discipline</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years' professional design experience, ideally in an in-house or agency setting</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of digital design, including web and social media formats</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional work</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities</li> <li>Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About Cranbrook School</strong></p> <p>Founded in 1918,&nbsp;Cranbrook School is a multi-campus Anglican independent day and boarding school for students in Pre-School to Year 12.
