This role runs Monday to Friday,&nbsp;within a Service that operates 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, for 50 weeks a year.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification&nbsp;</li> <li>Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card&nbsp;</li> <li>First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates up to date&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal&nbsp;</li> <li>A warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach to nurturing children, engaging families, and collaborating with colleagues&nbsp;</li> <li>Genuine passion and curiosity for fostering learning and growth within a Kindergarten setting&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>At Concordia, you will be more than just a name on a roster.
