An opportunity to co-design our Preschool 9am–3pm program as a part of our core team of educators. Ideal for a passionate, proactive ECT who loves teaching and is inspired by excellence and the Reggio Emilia approach. Experience with pedagogical documentation and co-researching alongside children is highly valued.
<p>We are looking for a teacher to join us <strong>full-time. </strong>This position needs to be filled by January 2027, but we would consider an earlier start for the right candidate!</p>
<p>This role will be to replace one of our fabulous Early Childhood team members, who has headed overseas to continue some of her training in Europe! In replacing her, you will be positioned alongside our Preschool Class Director, in the provision of a program characterised by group research, engagement and best-practice. </p>
<p>In this role you will also have the opportunity to work alongside the whole team and Jill McLachlan, our School Principal, to be a part of the school's ongoing teacher research, looking closely at the practice of pedagogical documentation (inspired by the educational project in Reggio Emilia), the importance of the social construction of knowledge and exploring the powerful role we play as teachers. This is an opportunity for learning and work, all in one! </p>

<li>Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator (Diploma/ECT), or a currently enrolled Early Childhood student at university, who would like to join our story?</li>
<li>Do you want to work with a small team of professional, respectful, thoughtful teachers who are working together, with intention, to offer an exceptional experience in Preschool, for adults and students alike? Could we be looking for you?</li>
