St Anne's Primary School in Albury is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Administration Officer for the remainder of 2026.

<p><strong>Your New Role</strong></p>
<p>The School Administration Office provides advanced administrative, secretarial, and operational support to ensure the efficient management of the school office. Operating under general direction, the role holder applies a deep knowledge of administrative processes and a broad range of technical skills to support the school executive, teaching staff, students, and families.</p>
<p>The position requires the exercise of discretion, sound judgment, and excellent time management to achieve outcomes within strict constraints. The Level 4 officer plays a pivotal role in managing school communications, data systems, basic compliance (WHS), financial tasks, and community relations.</p>

<p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum completion of a Certificate III, Year 12, or Certificate II combined with relevant, substantial work experience in an administrative stream.</li>
<li>A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)</li>
<li>Previous experience in a school administrative environment (highly desirable) or a fast-paced corporate/clerical setting.</li>
<li>Current First Aid Certificate</li>
<li>Accreditation for Support Staff in a Catholic School (Category A, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willing to achieve.</li>
<li>A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education</li>
<li>Demonstrated capability utilising Google applications, advanced word processing, spreadsheets, and dedicated database software (experience with school platforms/PHRIS is an advantage).</li>
<li>Proven ability to work under general supervision while independently exercising discretion, confi dentiality, and sound judgment to plan and prioritise workloads under tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.</li>
<li>An ability to work independently and as part of a team and contribute positively to staff professional culture</li>
<li>Successful candidate to complete a National Criminal History Check</li>
