<p>The Pedagogy Coach supports teachers to strengthen instructional practice, professional growth and student learning outcomes through the College’s whole-school coaching model. Working closely with the Director of Professional Growth &amp; Practice, the role facilitates coaching cycles, classroom observations, feedback conversations and professional learning.
