As a <strong>Learning Support Teacher</strong>, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>experience in the developing, implementating, and reviewing Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse learning needs, ensuring personalised support to promote academic success</li>
<li>capacity to support classroom teachers to differentiate curriculum, assessment and teaching strategies and advise staff on reasonable adjustments in line with the Disability Standards for Education and inclusive education practices</li>
<li>familiarity with the management of the Nationally Consistent Collection Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD)</li>
<li>attention to detail to monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, case notes and support documentation</li>
<li>ability to work with students individually, in small groups within mainstream classroom settings in developing positive behaviours, self-regulation, and emotional resilience</li>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.</li>
