<li><strong>Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs </strong>that create purposeful, play‑rich learning experiences that spark curiosity, inclusion and discovery</li>
<li><strong>Create inclusive, stimulating and child-led learning environments</strong> that that encourage purposeful interaction and exploration, that prepares children confidently for Prep by building foundational skills aligned with the Australian Curriculum</li>
<li><strong>Build warm, nurturing relationships </strong>that foster each child’s sense of belonging and emotional safety, while modelling and embedding Christian values that inspire confidence, character growth and a strong sense of personal potential<strong>.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Develop respectful and supportive partnerships </strong>with families, colleagues and the wider community to scaffold each child’s individual learning journey.</li>
<li><strong>Provide Insightful Child Development observations, assessments and evaluations </strong>of children’s skills, behaviours and progress to plan meaningful next steps and identify when additional support or assessment is needed.</li>

<p><strong>You will also bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in delivering the Australian Curriculum in Early Learning education and care preferably in a stand alone kindergarten environment</li>
<li>Minimum Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) – ACECQA recognised</li>
<li>Certificate – CPR (HLTAID009) (or willing to attain) </li>
<li>Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012) (or willing to attain) </li>
<li>Child Protection (Geccko) Certificate or ability to obtain</li>
</ul>
