This is a full-time position based at the Senior School campus in Bellevue Hill.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Facilities Services Manager to lead and support facilities operations within a high-performing school environment.</p> <p>This is a hands-on and operational leadership role, requiring a flexible and proactive approach, operating beyond a 9am–5pm structure and involving occasional out-of-hours work to ensure the site is maintained to a high standard and operational needs are met.</p> <p>The Facilities Services Manager will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities, overseeing minor works, and supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across the site. A strong focus of the role is relationship management, working closely with facilities staff, contractors, and school stakeholders to ensure work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to a consistently high standard.</p> <p>The successful candidate will contribute their expertise and provide specialist trade and facilities advice to the Facilities team in the areas of building, construction, project, and asset management.</p> <p>We are seeking someone with extensive trade or maintenance experience who can balance technical capability with leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
