As a service committed to high‑quality care, we provide a space where children feel safe, included, and confident to be themselves, and where educators&nbsp;are valued, supported, and empowered to make a positive impact in every session.&nbsp;</p> <p>We enjoy working in a caring and connected community where every member of our staff is valued&nbsp;for their expertise and creativity. Together, we draw on our values of perseverance, integrity, compassion and curiosity to create a nurturing, community where staff and children can flourish. &nbsp;</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>In this role, the successful applicant will: &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Support Play‑Based Activities&nbsp;— Assist in delivering engaging,&nbsp;play based&nbsp;experiences that inspire curiosity and support children’s development and wellbeing.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create Inclusive Environments&nbsp;— Help set up and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;inclusive, stimulating spaces that encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build Positive Relationships&nbsp;— Foster warm, nurturing relationships with children to promote emotional safety, confidence, and&nbsp;a strong sense&nbsp;of belonging.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support Family Partnerships&nbsp;— Communicate respectfully with families, supporting positive partnerships that contribute to each child’s learning journey.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with the Team&nbsp;— Work closely with the OSHC team to ensure smooth daily operations, consistent supervision, and a positive,&nbsp;child centred&nbsp;program culture.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Our TAS&nbsp;OSHC&nbsp;Service&nbsp;is offered&nbsp;on all school days, including pupil-free days (closed public holidays and for 2 weeks over Christmas each year.)&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Before School Care operating hours are 7am to 8:30am&nbsp;</li> <li>After school Care operating hours are&nbsp;3:00pm to 5:45pm&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Vacation Care&nbsp;operates&nbsp;during school holidays and on pupil-free days.
