We seek to inspire every young person to achieve their full potential and contribute positively to the world, wherever they go. <br> <br> Reporting directly to the Headmaster, the Deputy Head and Head of Senior School is a pivotal executive appointment responsible for the leadership, culture and daily operation of the Senior School, while contributing to whole-of-College strategy, improvement and organisational effectiveness. As a key member of the Executive, the successful candidate will shape workplace culture, drive educational excellence, lead strategic initiatives and deputise for the Headmaster as required. <br> <br> Leading a highly capable Senior School leadership team, the successful candidate will champion excellence in teaching and learning, foster wellbeing and belonging, and ensure every student is known, supported and challenged.
