<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>St Charbel’s College is seeking a passionate and skilled Diverse Learning Teacher to join our dedicated Diverse Learning team.</p> <p>In this role, you will balance direct student support with staff capacity building, championing inclusive practice across the College. You will be a key advocate for students with disability and additional learning needs, working collaboratively with families, classroom teachers, Teacher Aides, and external practitioners to deliver meaningful, personalised outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development, implementation and review of Individual Learning Plans in collaboration with staff, students and parents/carers.</li> <li>Support teachers and departments with differentiation, reasonable adjustments and collaborative curriculum planning.
