We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1400 students.</p> <p>Our College continues to grow and embraces the Berry Street Education Model as a key strategy in supporting the learning and wellbeing needs of our students. Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>The Learning Diversity Partner is responsible for supporting teachers and families in assisting students with additional needs.
