<p>Mount Carmel College Early Learning Centre, Sandy Bay</p>
<p>Part Time (2-3 days per week)</p>
<p>Limited Tenure: Start date ASAP until 18 December 2026. </p>
<p>Classification: Paid under the TCEEA Award</p>

<p><strong>Your day-to-day will involve:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Direct Engagement: Working closely with children of preschool age. </li>
<li>Curriculum Design: Contributing to the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs in line with the EYLF.</li>
<li>Quality & Reflection: Supporting high-quality documentation, reflective practice, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).</li>
<li>Community Connection: Collaborating closely with educators, leadership and families to build strong relationships.</li>
</ul>
<p>Note: This position requires flexibility to support service needs throughout the 49 weeks the centre is open each year.</p>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You are a dedicated educator who values strong relationships and thrives in a team-focused environment.</p>
<p>Our ideal candidate has:</p>
<ul>
<li>An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.</li>
<li>Strong, practical knowledge of the EYLF and NQF or willingness to obtain </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood care.</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Certifications (or willingness to obtain):</p>
<ul>
<li>Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check & Police Check.</li>
<li>First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.</li>
<li>Nationally Recognised Child Safety Training.</li>
<li>Food Safety training. </li>
</ul>
