To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to:<br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Plan for and implement effective teaching and learning</li> <li>Provide feedback and professional support to improve individual student learning outcomes</li> <li>Contribute to the development of a strong learning community and culture</li> <li>Contribute to Pastoral Care and Co-curricular programs of the School</li> </ul> <p>Key Selection Criteria: Qualifications, Skills and Experience<br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Relevant tertiary qualifications</li> <li>High level of ICT skills, knowledge and effective incorporation into classroom practice</li> <li>To be working at least at proficient level, as described by the teacher professional standards, striving towards working at the HALT descriptors</li> <li>Regular and up to date professional knowledge and learning</li> <li>Involvement at relevant professional organisations</li> </ul> <p>Suitable candidates will present as an enthusiastic, resilient and optimistic educator who is committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement. You will have a high level of organisational and prioritising skills, with the ability to be flexible to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
