This position is a key member of the College’s Learning Diversity Team and plays an integral role in fostering inclusive education practices and supporting student success within a mainstream setting.</p> <p>The Learning Diversity Leader works collaboratively with the <strong>Director of Learning Diversity</strong> and the <strong>NCCD Coordinator</strong> to coordinate and enhance student support both within and beyond the classroom. The role focuses on ensuring that students with diverse learning needs, disabilities, or learning difficulties are provided with appropriate, targeted support to maximise their engagement and achievement.</p> <p>The Learning Diversity Team is dedicated to supporting students with a broad range of learning needs across all Learning Areas.
