<p>MPAC began in 2024 and now has 1,000 students from Prep to Year 9. The school will continue to grow reaching Year 12 in 2029, with approximately 1,500 students.</p>

<p>· A degree in Secondary Education from an approved and recognised tertiary institution</p>
<p>· Accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</p>

<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p>· Demonstrate ongoing practice that meets the Australian Professional Standards of Teachers</p>
<p>· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Stage 4, 5 and 6 NESA syllabus documents and teaching timetabled classes as required</p>
<p>· Develop, implement, and evaluate teaching and learning programs that incorporate differentiated strategies to meet the specific learning needs of students across a range of abilities, including the development of literacy and numeracy skills</p>
<p>· Adhere to all curriculum expectations and deadlines as set out by NESA and the College</p>
<p>· Incorporate the language and habits associated with a learning culture within regular classroom practice, establishing high expectations and empowering students to develop as powerful learners</p>
<p>· Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning space for the students</p>
<p>· Establish and maintain effective classroom management and discipline practices to ensure students are safe and supported as they learn</p>
<p>· Incorporate strategies to promote the safe, responsible, and ethical use of ICT</p>
<p>· Ensure meaningful and effective assessment practices to inform programming, teaching, and reporting.</p>
<p>· Provide regular and timely feedback to students and their families regarding progress, achievements, behaviour, and application using accurate and reliable records</p>
<p>· Critically engage in professional learning to update knowledge and practice</p>
<p>· Support and promote the College’s pastoral care and wellbeing programs, diverse co-curricular programs and events including but not limited to involvement in carnivals, camps and excursions</p>
<p>· Attend meetings, parent-teacher interviews, events and playground duties as required</p>
<p>· Implement relevant programs, policy, and legislative requirements, including the Code of Conduct, to ensure student well-being and safety</p>
<p>· Undertake any other duties as directed by Principal, or his delegate</p>
