Please can you include the following or similar in the job advert.</p> <ul> <li>Supports school leaders and teachers in a general administrative capacity in order for them to focus their time on teaching and managing school operations.</li> <li>A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety</li> <li>Performs administrative tasks as directed by the SSSO to be performed by the administrative support team at the school&nbsp;</li> <li>Contributes effectively to a school administrative team and front office that presents and operates in a professional manner with effective and efficient administrative systems and processes in place&nbsp;</li> <li>Keeps accurate administrative records to ensure statutory obligations can be evidenced reliably&nbsp;</li> <li>Provides administrative support to the ‘School Services’ team at the school, inclusive of the SSSO, Parent Engagement Coordinator and School Marketing Officer as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Uploads information and communicates with the school community through Compass and/or other internal communication channels&nbsp;</li> <li>Attends to sick bay for staff and students to ensure they are comfortable and administers any need for medication and/or first aid&nbsp;</li> <li>Assists in following up WHS incidents, issues, and concerns as appropriate</li> <li>Assists in the coordination of school functions, events and gatherings&nbsp;</li> <li>Assists SSSO to ensure school finance processes, are undertaken in accordance with system policies and procedures.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>How do I apply?</strong></li> <li>Applications should include:</li> <li>A Cover Letter of no more than two pages addressing why you are interested in the role and addressing each of the specific criteria listed above; and</li> <li>A current Resume</li> <li>A valid working with children check for paid employment purpose</li> </ul> <p><i><strong>We may interview candidates prior to the closing&nbsp;date,&nbsp;so we encourage you to&nbsp;submit&nbsp;an application&nbsp;as soon as reasonably possible.</strong></i>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Agencies, please note that unsolicited resumes will not be accepted for this position.</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><i>At Catholic Schools Broken Bay, child safety is paramount.
