Joins us at an exciting time for Endeavour College with the opening of our new Junior School at the start of 2027. The Enrolments Coordinator poisiton will focus on supporting familes through the end to end enrolment process.

<p><strong>Endeavour College</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>For more than 28&nbsp;years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school with a young history and a strong reputation for educating the minds, hearts, and spirits of students in Years 7-12, under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. Catering to approximately 750 students, we offer an education that prepares them for their future years, whilst leaving lasting and treasure worthy memories.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Junior School campus (R-6 years) has commenced construction, and it is anticipated to be open at the start of the 2027 school year.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>The College embraces a culture of fostering educational excellence that is immersed in a Christ-centred approach to education. Our mission - 'A Christian environment for each student and staff member to develop their God-given abilities for LIFE and community'.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our College values of LOVE, COURAGE, FORGIVENESS, and HOPE are upheld through application of The Endeavour Way, and our community values staff who enthusiastically engage in their work as a Christian vocation that is based on caring relationships.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Enrolments Coordinator primary responsibility is to ensure that potential families are identified and students are encouraged to join the Endeavour Community.  As a key point of contact for families the accurate advice, guidance and support is fundamental to ensuring families enjoy a positive holistic experience throughout the journey of students entering and exiting Endeavour College.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role works closely with Senior Leadership, Marketing and Administration teams.&nbsp;</p> <p>With the opening of our new Junior School at the start of 2027, this role holds a valuable and exciting opportunity for the suitable candidate.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><a href="https://applynow.net.au/jobs/END14/assets/19578557" rel="nofollow"><strong><u>Click here</u></strong></a><strong> to view a full position description.</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive, collaborative and well-organised professional who thrives on building positive relationships, has experience in student recruitment, professional communicator, outstanding customer services, data analytics and excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.&nbsp; You will have strong stakeholder engagement skillset with the ability to work confidently.&nbsp; You will bring practical experience in event planning and project coordination with the ability to always meet deadlines, working both independently and collaboratively as a role model of the Endeavour College values.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The successful applicant will have:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Relevant tertiary qualifications eg event management, business management etc&nbsp;</li> <li>Hold or be willing and able to obtain and maintain a current clearance Working With Children Check (WWCC)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Hold or be willing and able to obtain and maintain Responding to Risk Harm and Neglect in and Educational setting (RRHAN-EC)&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of a Christian school.&nbsp;</li> <li>A practicing Christian, with the ability to relate the Gospel message to their role within the College, and encourage a spirit of Christian care amongst staff and students (highly desirable)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Successful applicants can expect:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A caring and supportive Christian community environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Supportive leadership, and a collaborative team environment&nbsp;</li> <li>To be a positive and significant role model for all students of Endeavour College&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We look forward to appointing a talented and motivated individual to join our College community.
