St Carlo Acutis Catholic Primary School, Wollert West is a welcoming, faith‑filled and rapidly growing school community seeking a dedicated Curriculum Leader / Foundation Teacher to join us in Term 3, 2026.
This unique dual role combines school‑wide curriculum leadership with a part‑time Foundation classroom teaching position (3 days per week). Working closely with school leaders, teachers and ESOs, you will help shape high‑quality learning from Foundation to Year Six, supporting differentiation, small‑group instruction and strong student engagement.
This full‑time, ongoing position is ideal for educators who are passionate about leadership, student learning, and contributing to a thriving Catholic school community grounded in Faith, Service, Generosity and Courage.
<p>St Carlo Acutis Catholic Primary School is a new and growing school community in Wollert West that commenced operating at the start of 2025. In 2026, we have rapidly increased in student enrolments and have welcomed students across all year levels from Foundation to Year Six.</p>
<p>We are seeking an inspiring <strong>Curriculum Leader</strong> and passionate <strong>Foundation Teacher</strong> to join our vibrant primary school community. <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>

<li><strong>Curriculum Leadership</strong> — Lead whole‑school curriculum planning, documentation and implementation aligned to the Victorian Curriculum.</li>
<li><strong>Instructional Coaching</strong> — Support teachers through modelling, mentoring and collaborative planning.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Informed Practice</strong> — Drive evidence‑based improvement using assessment data to inform teaching and learning.</li>
<li><strong>Foundation Classroom Teaching</strong> — Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning programs for Foundation students.</li>
<li><strong>Community Engagement</strong> — Build strong partnerships with families to support student wellbeing, connection and learning.</li>

<p>We are looking for individuals who have:</p>
