<p>About the Role</p> <p>The Tennis Coach will work with students across a range of ages and abilities, delivering engaging coaching sessions that support skill development, performance, participation, and enjoyment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan and deliver tennis coaching sessions for students across Years 7–12 (or as applicable)</li> <li>Develop players’ technical skills, game strategy, fitness, and confidence</li> <li>Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive participation</li> <li>Support school training sessions, competitions, and sporting events</li> <li>Provide encouragement and constructive feedback to students</li> <li>Work collaboratively with the Head of Sport and coaching staff</li> <li>Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in line with school expectations</li> </ul> <p>About You</p> <p>You will demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Experience coaching tennis, ideally with school-aged students</li> <li>Relevant coaching qualifications/accreditation (desirable)</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to motivate and engage students of varying skill levels</li> <li>Reliable, organised, and professional approach</li> <li>Passion for supporting student wellbeing and participation in sport</li> </ul> <p>Current <strong>First Aid/CPR certification</strong> and a valid <strong>Working with Children Check</strong> are highly regarded.</p> <p>A commitment to supporting the <strong>Catholic ethos and values of Loreto Kirribilli</strong> is essential.</p> <p>Why Join Loreto Kirribilli?</p> <ul> <li>Supportive and collaborative sporting environment</li> <li>Opportunity to work with motivated and enthusiastic students</li> <li>Well-resourced sporting facilities</li> <li>Beautiful harbourside campus location</li> </ul>
