Wenona is seeking an outstanding Enrolments Officer to join the School to support our enrolment process.
<p>The Enrolments Officer is responsible for the coordination of the School's enrolment function, with responsibility for waitlist management, enrolment operations, and the delivery of enrolment events.<br><br>
This role combines high level administrative expertise with strong relationship management to support the School's enrolment objectives and deliver an exceptional experience for prospective and current families. Working closely with the Director of Enrolments and Enrolments Manager, the Enrolment Officer contributes to enrolment planning, process improvement, and family engagement initiatives whilst ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of enrolment activities.<br><br>
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in enrolments, admissions, education administration or stakeholder engagement along with effective organisation and coordination skills. The successful candidate will also endeavour to deliver exceptional service, community building and positive engagement by supporting the School's broader engagement strategy.</p>

<p><strong>The Position</strong><br><br><strong>Enrolment Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the end-to-end enrolment process, including enquiries, applications, interviews, offers, acceptances and onboarding communications.</li>
<li>Ensure enrolment records, documentation, and database information are maintained accurately and confidentially.</li>
<li>Monitor enrolment activity and application pipelines across all year groups.</li>
<li>Support enrolment forecasting and intake planning through accurate reporting and pipeline management.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Waitlist Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor waitlist movement, application status, and future vacancies to support effective place management.</li>
<li>Maintain proactive communication with waitlisted families to ensure ongoing engagement with the School.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the Director of Enrolments and Enrolments Manager to support offer management and intake planning.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Event Management and Community Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the coordination of enrolment-related events including Open Days, Information Evenings, Orientation Programs and other prospective family events.</li>
<li>Assist the Enrolments Manager with School tours.</li>
<li>Manage event logistics including registrations, scheduling, venue preparation, communications, catering, staffing support, and event materials.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Relationship Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a key point of contact for prospective and current families throughout their enrolment journey.</li>
<li>Build strong and positive relationships with families, students, and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support the Director of Enrolments and Enrolments Manager in managing complex enrolment enquiries and sensitive matters where required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Administration and Systems</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all enrolment administration.</li>
<li>Generate reports and manage workflows within the School's CRM and student management systems.</li>
<li>Support compliance with relevant enrolment, privacy and record management requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a permanent full-time position.</p>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated administrative and process management experience aligned to the operations of enrolments within a large independent school. You will have strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. You will demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide an effective contribution to the team.
