<p>Living Faith Outside School Hours Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Leader to join our community in a permanent, full-time capacity, commencing as soon as possible.</p> <p>The successful applicant will hold an Early Childhood or OSHC Diploma (or equivalent) and bring demonstrated experience as an OSHC Educator, Coordinator, or Assistant Coordinator.</p> <p>You will be well supported by a highly capable Second-in-Charge (2IC), Educational Leader, on-site Manager, and a stable, long term, experienced team who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a faith-filled environment.</p> <p>As Service Leader, you will mainly be non-contact with the flexibility to work full days or split shifts as required to support staffing needs and the ability to mentor your team; however, daily split shifts are not a requirement of this role.
