This position is classified as Level 6 for three days per week and Level 4 for two days per week.<br><br><br>
Located in the growing suburb of Chisholm, St Bede’s Catholic College is a contemporary co-educational Catholic secondary school within the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle.<br>
Since opening in 2018, the College has experienced significant growth and currently enrols approximately 900 students across Years 7–12, with capacity to expand to 1,100 students.<br><br>

The School Finance Officer is accountable for providing administrative and operational support to the Principal. The School Finance Officer is to administer elements of the school’s finances with a particular emphasis on, but not limited to, purchase orders, invoicing, quotations, deliveries, activities payments, and fee payments. <br><br>
The School Finance Officer must demonstrate attention to detail, excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and multitask as well as the capacity to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.<br><br>

The School Administrative Officer provides administrative support to school staff and the school principal.
