This leadership role supports students in making informed decisions regarding subject selection, further education, training and employment pathways, ensuring every learner is prepared for life beyond school.</p> <p>The successful applicant will provide individual pathways counselling (including Year 12 exit interviews), coordinate key initiatives such as work experience and careers events, and build strong partnerships with tertiary providers and industry to broaden student opportunities and support successful transitions beyond school.</p> <p>Applications are welcomed from both teaching and education support candidates who are passionate about supporting student pathways and future opportunities.</p> <p><strong>Teaching applicants applying for this position:</strong> please note the role is a POL 3 with a time release of 18 periods and tenure of three years.
