<li><strong>Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities</strong> that inspire curiosity and support development, and wellbeing</li>
<li><strong>Create inclusive and stimulating learning environments</strong> that incorporate a variety of materials, spaces, and discovery-based approaches</li>
<li><strong>Build nurturing relationships with children </strong>to foster a sense of belonging and emotional safety</li>
<li><strong>Develop respectful and supportive partnerships with families</strong>, encouraging involvement and open communication to enhance each child’s learning journey</li>
<li><strong>Work collaboratively within a close-knit team</strong>, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations and a positive centre culture</li>

<p>To be successful in this role you are: </p>
<ul>

<li>Committed to the application of the Early Years Learning Framework </li>
<li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems</li>

<p><strong>You will also bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in Early Learning education and care, preferably kindergarten age </li>
<li>Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or similar qualification) or working towards attainment (or willing to attain) </li>
<li>Certificate – CPR (HLTAID009) (or willing to attain) </li>
<li>Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012) (or willing to attain) </li>
<li>Child Protection Certificate </li>
</ul>
