Enrolments Manager

Wenona is seeking an outstanding full time Enrolments Manager to join the school to support our enrolment process.
<p>The Enrolments Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day student enrolment process. Reporting to the Director of Enrolments, the Enrolments Manager works closely with stakeholders across the School to ensure Wenona continues to attract value aligned families and maintains full enrolments of both day and boarding students.<br><br>
The successful candidate will have familiarity in the independent school sector and a strong commitment to girls' education. The successful candidate will also endeavour to deliver exceptional service, community building and positive engagement by supporting the School's broader engagement strategy.</p>

<p><strong>The Position</strong><br><br><strong>Enrolments Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end enrolments process, including enquiries, applications, tours, interviews, assessments and offers for the day and boarding students (domestic and international students: K - 12 school)</li>
<li>Maintain and optimise the CRM/enrolments database and communications workflows</li>
<li>Assist the Director of Enrolments in tracking and reporting on conversation rates and pipeline activity, whilst identifying and escalating emerging trends or risks</li>
<li>Ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families from their first engagement through to commencement</li>
<li>Oversee the Scholarship process including applications, testing and interviews</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the Director of Enrolments and the Communications and Marketing Team to ensure Enrolments communications and marketing are timely, targeted, effective and evaluated.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Community Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Represent the School at open days, school tours, expos and relevant community events</li>
<li>Build positive and effective relationships with feeder schools, partner schools, alumnae and community stakeholders</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with teaching and professional services staff to ensure effective onboarding of students.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compliance and Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Working closely with the Director of Enrolments to ensure enrolment systems, processes and practices are managed in accordance with the School's goals, policies and regulatory obligations.</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a permanent full-time position.</p>

<p>To be successful in this role, you will bring significant experience in enrolments, within an independent school setting, along with relevant qualifications in education, business or marketing. You will demonstrate effective organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide an effective contribution to the team.
