<p>St Paul's Catholic College Booragul&nbsp;is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Leader of Learning - Wellbeing &amp; Engagement&nbsp;to join the team in January 2027.<br><br> St Paul's Catholic College offers an inclusive, welcoming and comfortable environment.<br> The calm, nurturing setting has been designed to allow students and staff to feel at home in developing their varied capacities and skills.<br> The growth of the students is nurtured and encouraged by a supportive faculty through the provision of creative freedom, empowerment of the individual and opportunities for prayer and reflection.<br> The curriculum, both formal and informal, focuses on spiritual growth and reflects a respect for the diversity of all 750 students, their differing levels of abilities, strengths, weaknesses and gifts.<br><br><br><br><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://mncatholic.sharepoint.com/:b:/t/HR-HumanResourcesTeamSite-Active-PositionDescriptionLibrary/EWrsh3NvcaBPgA9JV_myL34BiNxKN-9tj4Hlk2X__mB1kQ?e=1Khmad"><strong><u>POSITION DESCRIPTION</u></strong></a><br><br> The Leader of Learning - Wellbeing &amp; Engagement works in collaboration with the school leadership team and colleagues to ensure the promotion of student wellbeing in accordance with contemporary evidence-based principles.&nbsp;&nbsp;Across the school they will:<br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>ensure the highest standards of student wellbeing and learning engagement<br> &nbsp;</li> <li>establish and maintain a culture of care and ensure proactive support for students and families<br> &nbsp;</li> <li>work with Leaders of Learning to develop and implement quality learning and wellbeing programs that support engagement and learning outcomes<br> &nbsp;</li> <li>establish a culture of collaborative and reflective practice<br> &nbsp;</li> <li>support individuals in identifying new experiences for their continual professional development<br><br> The teacher will promote the school as a place of learning and excellence in accordance with contemporary evidence-based learning and wellbeing principles (including digital learning) and will ensure the ongoing development and implementation of pedagogical practices that impact on student learning outcomes.&nbsp; The teacher will acknowledge and agree to the requirement to work within the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.</li> </ul>
