The Deputy Principal (Staff) is an active and visible leader in the community, working across both campuses, demonstrating the ability to foster a positive culture for staff committed to ongoing growth and characterised by high accountability and high support.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>To be successful, you will demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to support effective staffing practices, professional learning, and staff wellbeing. You will have a demonstrated ability to lead processes with clarity and fairness, and to support continuous improvement through practical and considered approaches.
