You’ll help maintain high standards, contribute to a positive team culture, and build strong partnerships with colleagues and the school community. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering great service that supports the College every day.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide excellent customer service to a diverse school community</li> <li>Prepare, handle, and serve food safely in line with Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety requirements</li> <li>Operate catering and retail equipment following SOPs</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness, professional appearance, and College uniform standards</li> <li>Assist with manual handling, stock management, and flexible task allocation as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>An "I'm Alert" Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one.</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of safe food handling, Workplace Health and Safety and chemical handling.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in a similar role, with knowledge of work skills required within a retail food environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Highly developed organisational and time management skills.</li> <li>Commitment to the College’s Christian ethos and values.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>St Peters Lutheran College is a Co-Educational Day and Boarding School of the Lutheran Church located on 52 acres just 7 kilometres from Brisbane CBD.
