<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>Intervention Learning Support Officer</strong>, you will need to show great independance in leading intervention for students, and assist in supporting an environment of quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes and curriculum accessibility for all students. You must be able to demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>supporting a Christ-centered education and an inclusive environment for students</li>
<li>experience in Macqlit or other reading intervention programs</li>
<li>an understanding of the needs of the diverse needs of students who require individual support</li>
<li>the ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member</li>
<li>excellent communication skills</li>
<li>the ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful</li>
<li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification.</li>
