Broadly the role involves administration, support function representation, maintenance and improvements in the Computer and IT services within the school.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>ABOUT YOU&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;Supportive of the mission and purpose of Catholic Education.</li> <li>&nbsp;Ability to provide technical support, problem solve and troubleshoot hardware and software infrastructure to ensure continuity&nbsp; &nbsp;service for staff and students.</li> <li>&nbsp;Proven ability to provide IT Helpdesk support over the telephone, in person<br> &nbsp;and via remote access tools.</li> <li>&nbsp;Ability to represent the school in an honest, ethical and professional way.</li> <li>&nbsp;Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products, Google Workspace for &nbsp;&nbsp;Education, Mac OS, iOS, and Mobile Device Management&nbsp; (MDM).</li> <li>&nbsp;Ability to prioritise work in a high volume environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;Excellent customer service orientation.</li> <li>&nbsp;Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>&nbsp;Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.</li> <li>&nbsp;Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and<br> &nbsp;collaboratively within a team environment.</li> <li>&nbsp;Ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Post - Secondary qualification in a relevant field.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in an IT support field/role.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working Compass and school-related systems is desirable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE</strong><br> This role is classified as child related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us.<br><br> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>POSITION APPLICATION</strong><br> Applicants are to complete an online application which asks to briefly address the essential criteria (the dot points in the ‘About You’ section of this position advertisement).
