CSBB is seeking a highly skilled Learning Partner – Early Years to join our Student Achievement team!

<p><strong>The Role</strong> </p>
<p>Reporting to the Senior Strategy Lead: Student Achievement. This role provides expert leadership to strengthen early years learning, literacy and numeracy outcomes across our system of Catholic schools. </p>
<p>This is a system‑level role, designed for an exceptional early years educator who is ready to translate classroom excellence into evidence‑informed, strategic impact across multiple schools. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Provide subject matter expertise in Early Years learning (Pre‑K to Year 2), with a strong focus on Literacy and Numeracy </li>
<li>Lead and contribute to system‑wide strategic initiatives, including early intervention, assessment and Kindergarten transition </li>
<li>Partner with school leaders to strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and teaching quality </li>
<li>Use data and evidence of learning to inform system‑level decisions and responses </li>
<li>Design and deliver high‑quality professional learning for teachers and leaders </li>
<li>Support inclusive, engaging and evidence‑informed teaching practices </li>
<li>Collaborate within cross‑functional project teams to deliver CSBB strategic priorities </li>
<li>Balance collaborative ways of working with independent ownership and accountability for outcomes </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong> </p>
<p>You are a highly accomplished educator with deep knowledge and classroom practice. </p>
<p>You will bring: </p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive experience teaching Early Years (Pre‑K to Year 2) </li>
<li>Knowledge of NSW curriculum, especially English and Mathematics </li>
<li>Ability to interpret assessment data and evidence to drive improvement </li>
<li>Experience working with adults through coaching, facilitation or professional learning </li>
<li>Proven capacity to influence beyond one classroom or school </li>
<li>A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach with high professional standards </li>
<li>Deep knowledge of the NSW Curriculum and how young children learn </li>
<li>Knowledge of developmental and learning trajectories in the early years </li>
<li>Ability to use assessment, data and evidence of learning to inform pedagogical response </li>
<li>Alignment with, and commitment to, Catholic education and values </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>NESA‑approved undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Teaching/Education </li>
<li>NSW accreditation to teach </li>
<li>Postgraduate qualification in Educational Leadership (desirable) </li>
<li>Certificate or equivalent experience in adult learning, coaching or facilitation </li>
<li>Current Working with Children Check </li>
<li>Current NSW Driver’s Licence (own vehicle required) </li>
