Santa Sabina is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to support the Director of Business Services at the College.

Our outdoor education campus, Tallong, is located on 97 hectares in the Southern Highlands. Our Early Education Centre (Mary Bailey House) and Out of School Hours (OOSH) services are located in the grounds of the Primary (Del Monte) Campus.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position: Permanent&nbsp; Full-Time (48 weeks a year)</strong></p> <p><strong>Commencement date : Monday 15 June/to be negotiated</strong></p> <p>The successful candidates will:</p> <ul> <li>support the Catholic Dominican Mission of the College and promote the prayer life of the College</li> <li>be a collaborative practitioner who can work with a range of teams</li> <li>be an&nbsp;experienced Finance Manager with a minimum of an Accounting, Commerce or Business Degree and post qualification minimum of CPA or CA</li> <li>have experience in financial systems, accounting and reporting as per the Australian Accounting Standards</li> <li>be a strategic thinker and strong financial leadership</li> <li>be strong at problem solving, negotiating, and influencing skills</li> <li>have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>TASS system experience would be an advantage</li> <li>maintain professional registration with associations&nbsp;</li> <li>current Working with Children Check (WWCC)</li> <li>have demonstrated experience in dealing appropriately with highly confidential and sensitive information</li> </ul> <p>The College reserves the right to alter roles and responsibilities at any point in time.</p> <p>Applications must contain a cover letter addressed to the&nbsp;<strong>College Principal, Ms Paulina Skerman</strong>, outlining relevant experience and a detailed Curriculum Vitae must be submitted with the names and contact details of three referees.&nbsp;</p> <p>For further information, please contact Ann McGovern, Director of People and Culture on (02) 9745 7225.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Applications close: 4pm Tuesday 2 June 2026.</strong></p> <p><i>The College is committed to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
