The Leadership Support Officer supports the Assistant Principal and Leadership Team has a key role to play at the planning and operational level of the support function and supporting learning and teaching activities of our school.

<p><strong>Your New Role</strong></p>
<p>The Leadership Support Officer supports the Assistant Principal and Leadership Team has a key role to play at the planning and operational level of the support function and supporting learning and teaching activities of our school. In these matters, this position works closely with and is responsible to the Assistant Principal. This position needs to be adaptable and able to cope with change and unexpected events as they arise. Additionally the Leadership Support Officer communicates effectively for all stakeholders, uses discretion and judgement to plan and organise their work and the work of others, is able to problem solve and displays expertise to making decisions.</p>

<p><strong>Selection Criteria </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Highly skilled and effective in all areas of communication</li>
<li>Experience in providing a high level of executive administrative support in a team environment inclusive of scheduling, records maintenance and data entry</li>
<li>Understanding of and respect for the confidentiality, privacy and dignity of all involved</li>
<li>Ability to use a range of technology in a variety of formats</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple Databases</li>
<li>Passion, willingness or experience in working with students, staff and families</li>
<li>Understanding of the requirements of Event management in a school setting</li>
<li>Extremely professional in manner</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience in administration work. </li>
<li>Current drivers licence </li>
<li>A current Working With Children Check is required as a pre-condition of employment</li>
<li>The successful candidate will need to undertake a National Criminal History Check.</li>
