<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Senior Lead: Pathways and Partnerships, the RTO Manager provides operational and compliance leadership for the CSBB RTO, ensuring alignment with ASQA and NESA requirements.</p>
<p>You will work closely with VET Coordinators, teachers, and central teams to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery of vocational education for secondary students across Stages 5 and 6.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on, operational role suited to a highly organised compliance professional who understands VET delivery in schools and can confidently manage complexity, audits, and stakeholder relationships.</p>
<p>This role is a critical, expert role focused on execution, compliance, coordination, and continuous improvement.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the Registered Training Organisation</li>
<li>Ensure ongoing compliance with ASQA Standards and NESA requirements</li>
<li>Coordinate VET assessment packages and delivery across multiple school sites</li>
<li>Manage RTOs Online, ASQANet, AVETMISS reporting, and USI validation</li>
<li>Lead internal and external audits, including re‑registration processes</li>
<li>Oversee changes to scope, trainer qualifications, and industry currency</li>
<li>Support schools with NESA Schools Online and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Coordinate EVET and School‑Based Apprenticeships & Traineeships (SBATs)</li>
<li>Maintain quality assurance, systems, registers, and continuous improvement processes</li>

<li>Is comfortable communicating confidently with a wide range of stakeholders</li>
<li>Remains calm and methodical under audit and regulatory pressure</li>
</ul>
<p>You bring strong judgement, excellent organisation skills, and a genuine commitment to student outcomes.</p>
<p><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Significant experience working within a Registered Training Organisation</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of ASQA Standards and VET compliance</li>
<li>Experience delivering VET within schools (NSW highly regarded)</li>
<li>Strong systems capability (experience with aXcelerate LMS preferred)</li>
<li>TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment</li>
<li>Valid Working with Children Check</li>
<li>Current NSW Driver’s Licence (travel to school sites required)</li>
