<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking to appoint a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a high-quality kindergarten program within our Early Learning Centre.</p>
<p>In this role, you will design and implement engaging, play-based and inquiry-led learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) and National Quality Standard (NQS).</p>
<p>Working collaboratively with the Director, Educational Leader and colleagues, you will build strong relationships with children and families to support positive learning, development and wellbeing outcomes.</p>
<p>You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice and high-quality educational delivery, while ensuring a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for all children.</p>
<p>This role includes a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing, ensuring all practices align with the College’s Child Safety and Wellbeing framework, duty of care obligations and relevant legislative requirements.</p>

<p><strong>About you</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)</li>
<li>Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration</li>
<li>Valid Blue Card and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications</li>
<li>Strong understanding of EYLF, QKLG and NQS</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-quality, play-based and inquiry-led programs</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment</li>
<li>A reflective, flexible and child-centred approach to teaching<br>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Desirable:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a Reggio Emilia-inspired or inquiry-based environment</li>
<li>Experience using digital platforms for documentation and communication</li>
<li>Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development</li>
</ul>
