<p>Star of the Sea College, a Catholic independent girls’ school in the Presentation Sisters tradition, is seeking an organised and relationship‑focused College Registrar &amp; Community Engagement Officer to be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective families and the wider community.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>This role is the first point of contact for prospective families and plays a central role in student admissions, data integrity, reporting and community engagement.&nbsp; It is a fixed-term, full-time position for one year, with the potential to become ongoing.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond to enrolment enquiries and manage end‑to‑end student enrolment processes (Years 7–12)</li> <li>Maintain accurate student data, waiting lists and enrolment reporting</li> <li>Support orientation and transition programs</li> <li>Engage with parish schools and the wider community</li> <li>Liaise with internal teams for transition purposes and to ensure compliance with policy and child safety requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidentiality</li> <li>Professional approach to stakeholder engagement and customer service</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information appropriately</li> <li>Experienced in administration, data management and reporting</li> <li>Willing to support the Catholic ethos and Presentation values of the College</li> <li>Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p> <p>Star of the Sea College offers a welcoming, professional environment where your work directly supports students, families and the broader community.&nbsp; This is a well‑established role with strong systems and handover available.</p> <p>Remuneration is in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement (2022), with classification negotiated based on experience.</p> <p>Applications close: 14 May 2026.
