Teachers are central to both the academic and pastoral life of the School and are expected to actively contribute to a stimulating and supportive learning environment.</p> <p>Beyond the classroom, TAS teachers are deeply involved in the broader school experience. This includes participation in co-curricular programs such as sport, outdoor education, cadets, and community activities, as well as taking on pastoral responsibilities as an Advisor. Staff are encouraged to collaborate, innovate with technology, contribute to curriculum development, and engage with parents and the wider school community.
