<p>Bacchus Marsh Grammar is seeking an experienced and committed educational leader to join our Senior School leadership team as Deputy Head of Senior School.</p> <p>This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for guiding the academic, pastoral, and operational excellence of Years 9–12. Working closely with the Assistant Principal and Head of Senior School, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the student journey, driving innovation in teaching and learning, and fostering a culture of high expectations, care, and continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>The Deputy Head of Senior School (Woodlea Campus) provides strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the Senior School.
