We invite parents, caregivers, and students to discover a Catholic education delivered with care and compassion, available through our Kindergarten to Year 12 and beyond pathways.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Lead: Data Insights, this role will be responsible for the implementation of CSBB’s Student Achievement data strategy by translating education data for different stakeholders into clear, actionable insights that inform teaching, leadership, school and system improvement. A key part of this role is the contributing to the development of the CSBB Data Ecosystem by working closely with colleagues in the central office and schools to design dashboards that provide key insights across CSBB schools.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Contributing to the design of the CSBB Data Ecosystem- sourcing, connecting and organising diverse student achievement datasets into user friendly tools for school staff</li> <li>Building and refining dashboards and reports in Power BI for schools, workstream leads, and central teams</li> <li>Coordinating trials with school staff, gathering feedback, and iterating on tools to improve usability and real-world impact</li> <li>Translating complex datasets into accessible, meaningful formats for teachers and school leaders to support decision making and action at the school level</li> <li>Preparing reports for senior leadership and the Board, including NAPLAN and HSC insights</li> <li>Working collaboratively across teams within the central office and with colleagues in schools to support project aims</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>Someone genuinely curious, collaborative, and willing to learn.
