This role involves delivering tailored support to individuals and small groups, adapting learning activities, and promoting strategies that build students’ confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills. With a strong focus on collaboration, the Classroom Support Assistant works closely with teaching staff and specialist teams to implement personalised learning adjustments that enable students to achieve their academic goals and thrive as active, engaged members of the school community.</p> <p><i>Two temporary positions (durations of 6 &amp; 12 months) are available to cover parental leave absences.&nbsp;These appointments are temporary to replace employees who are on parental leave.
